Every report of this kind is checked against the underlying ball-by-ball record. If we are wrong, we fix it and the correction ships.
Before writing, the Data Trust page may already answer it. It publishes exactly which competitions and seasons are covered ball by ball, which come from scorecard archives, and where coverage ends. A missing season there is a known gap rather than an error.
For media questions, data licensing or partnership enquiries, use the same address and mention what you are working on.

We read everything. A small team means a reply can take a few days, and a message about a wrong number will usually get answered before anything else.
